CLUB HISTORY OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF PASAY GIL PUYAT

            The Rotary Club of Pasay Gil Puyat was born out of the earnest effort of Rotarian Clemence Sabilla  a Community Service Director  from  Rotary  Club Pasay West to put a club named after a busy thoroughfare in Pasay.  Governor Charoy Marquez gave his support and assigned a DGSR PP Pete Tianzon from the RC Pasay West to nurture the club. After several discussions and meetings imbued with mixed feelings, RC Pasay West gladly sponsored to charter a new club, Rotarian Clemence became the Charter President of RC Pasay Gil Puyat  on  May 09, 2001 as its official charter date.
